- Do we have to replace our ERP?
- No. We build around the ERP you have and connect through its API, ODBC, flat files or EDI, whichever it supports.
- What if our ERP has no API?
- Most older systems still expose a database, a file drop or an EDI channel. We have integrated with all three. The audit tells you which route applies.
- Who owns the code?
- You do. It is delivered in your own repository and runs on infrastructure in your name.
- Can this work with our existing website?
- Yes. The portal can live on a subdomain such as orders.yourcompany.com and match your branding, or replace the current site.
- How is a build scoped?
- In a one-week scoping phase we agree a written spec and a delivery date. Changes during the build are scoped separately, so the original plan never moves.
- How long until customers can order?
- Most portals go live 8 to 12 weeks after scoping. Integrations with unusual ERPs can add two to four weeks.
